Beautiful straw‑yellow colour. The nose is enveloping and presents several layers, with varietal aromas of citrus, grapefruit, white fruit and melon. More subtle are the buttery and waxy notes, a result of partial barrel fermentation. In the mouth it becomes fuller‑bodied, persistent and velvety, with the acidity providing a great balance.
