Description

Paço dos Infantes Branco is produced from Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho grapes, which are harvested and fermented separately. After fermentation, the wine ages for four months in French oak barrels with bâtonnage, giving it a clean, bright colour with greenish nuances. The bouquet is fine, with citrus and subtle tropical notes, making the wine creamy on the palate and finished with a refreshing lift. Herdade da Lisboa, acquired by the Cardoso family in 2011, is located in Vidigueira and integrates three harmonious pillars: wine production, olive oil and enotourism. In the 1980s and 1990s, the estate helped raise the profile of Alentejo wines under the Paço dos Infantes label. Today it spans 350 hectares, of which 100 ha are vineyards, 200 ha are olive groves, and 10 ha are fruit orchards and horticulture, all managed with sustainable production practices.
