Paço dos Infantes White is made from multiple grape varieties, each harvested and fermented separately. After fermentation, the wine ages for four months in French oak barrels, using bâtonnage. It presents a clean, bright lime‑green hue. The aromas are delicate, with citrus and mineral notes, making the wine creamy on the palate and finished with a fresh, elegant finish. The Herdade da Lisboa was acquired by the Cardoso family in 2011 and is located in Vidigueira, combining three harmonious sectors: wine production, olive oil, and enotourism. In the 1980s and 1990s, the estate helped raise the profile of Alentejo wines under the Paço dos Infantes label, and today it covers 350 hectares in total, with 100 hectares devoted to vineyards, 200 hectares to olive trees, and an additional 10 hectares to fruit orchards and horticulture, employing sustainable production practices.
