Paço dos Infantes Rosé is 100 % made from the Touriga Nacional grape. After the grapes are selected, they are pressed whole and the must ferments for 16 days. Then a batonnage is carried out for two months in stainless‑steel tanks. The result is a salmon‑pink wine with aromas of fresh fruit, blueberry and lively florals. On the palate it delivers excellent acidity, a wide range of flavours and good structure. Herdade da Lisboa was bought by the Cardoso family in 2011 and is located in Vidigueira, bringing together three harmonious activities: wine production, olive oil and enotourism. In the 1980s and 1990s the estate helped establish the reputation of Alentejo wines under the Paço dos Infantes label, and today it covers 350 hectares in total, of which 100 hectares are vineyards, 200 hectares are olive groves, and an additional 10 hectares are fruit orchards and vegetable cultivation, all managed with sustainable production practices.
