From Herdade das Servas comes a truly ambitious white – a blend of Viognier, Arinto, Roupeiro and Verdelho, subtly influenced by Alvarinho. The limestone and schistous soils here are key, delivering a wonderfully mineral character. Fermented in French oak barrels with regular batonnage, this wine maintains a refined elegance and freshness. It’s a celebration wine, perfect with roasted fish or white meats, and equally delightful alongside quality cheeses and cured meats.
