This Alentejo red boasts a lovely violet hue and aromas of cherry, blackberry, spices, and floral notes. It’s a well-structured wine with a full body and a refreshing, lingering finish. Crafted from a blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Trincadeira, and matured for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, it’s particularly well-suited to pairing with red meats, game, cured meats, and cheeses.
