A Casa Relvas is a family venture that began in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, and seeks to continue the story of five generations fueled by a passion for the Alentejo and its genuine character. Over the years the family has grown alongside the business, and today it spans roughly 750 ha of native forest, 225 ha of olive grove and 350 ha of vineyard, all managed through integrated production. With its three estates—Herdade de São Miguel, Herdade da Pimenta and Herdade de São Miguel de Machede—Casa Relvas can produce about 6 million bottles of wine each year, 70 % of which are exported, reaching more than 30 countries worldwide and showcasing the best of Alentejo.
