After alcoholic fermentation, the wines remained in the vat for about three months, with racking to enhance complexity. The final batch was produced based on qualitative selection and balance. It was then subjected to collaging, stabilisation and filtration before bottling. It can be consumed after bottling, reaching its full quality one to two years later.
