Description

This wine, aptly named “Bus 27,” is the product of a patience only the soils of the Setúbal Peninsula can inspire. Crafted by Herdade do Portocarro with the signature of José Mota Capitão, it’s a wine clearly intended for contemplation, imbued with the character of the Ribeira do Sado and that distinctive rice paddy note – a wonderfully complex addition. Expect a long maturation to deliver the elegant finish only the land and time can bestow; ideally paired with a perfectly grilled beef steak.
