Herdade do Rocim “Herdade do Rocim” Tinto is an authentic wine, born from generations’ passion that have always treated the land with the greatest respect and tenderness. It is crafted from Touriga Nacional, Aragonês and Alicante Bouschet grapes. **Climate:** Typically Mediterranean, located in the Vidigueira sub‑region where the climatic conditions are the most temperate in Alentejo, providing an optimal micro‑climate for producing high‑quality wines. **Soils:** Low‑yielding, of granitic and xistose origin; with great pedological potential for vine cultivation and for obtaining wines of excellence. **Vinification:** Harvested manually in 12‑kg crates. In the cellar, the grapes underwent meticulous selection on a vibrating picking mat, then were destemmed with a slight crushing of the stems.
