Grand Estate is an agricultural property located about 5 km from Vidigueira, Alentejo. With a total area of 350 hectares—60 hectares of vineyards, 40 hectares of olive trees, and the remainder used for sheep grazing—this estate has belonged to the same family for more than a century. The wine project began with the planting of vines in 1980 and the start of vinification in 1997, aiming to produce and market between 350 000 and 400 000 bottles, of which 30 % are white and 70 % red.
