Clearly crafted with care, thanks to that meticulous hand-harvesting and indigenous yeast fermentation, it’s a wine that echoes the traditions of the Alentejo. And with a respectable 86 points from *Revista de Vinhos*, it's certainly a wine that’ll please discerning palates. Wonderful with grilled fish or spiced chicken, really.
