The producer, clearly devoted to their vines, manages to coax remarkable expressiveness and elegance from the grape, almost as if it were a significantly more expensive wine. The vibrant acidity, a gift from the Bairrada terroir, beautifully balances the tannins, while ripe black fruit notes, spiced with a subtle warmth, are utterly captivating. Definitely a wine to pair with a hearty beef roast – a match made in heaven, really.
