H.O White is made from Moscatel Galego grapes sourced from a selection of plots with predominantly east-facing exposure and slate‑clay soils. It displays a citrine‑yellow colour with aromas of grapes, lychee, white flowers and tropical fruits. On the palate it is fresh, light and remarkably persistent. A H.O Wines brand carries forward a magnificent heritage in the Douro. The terroir, the diversity of grape varieties, and the century‑old vines cultivated on terraces with breathtaking views are its treasures. Situated within the historic Quinta do Pontão da Cumieira in Santa Marta de Penaguião, in the Demarcated Region of the Douro, it marks the starting point of a winemaking venture devoted to honouring the Douro tradition.
