This “Sonhador” from Howard’s Folly is a seriously bold move – planted on the granite slopes of the Serra de São Mamede, a vineyard that, as the name suggests, seems to have a personality of its own. The result is a remarkably structured white wine, where creamy texture beautifully balances a vibrant acidity, finishing with a long, glorious note. Hints of citrus and lychee mingle with subtle toasted nuances, a clear tribute to David Baverstock’s expertise and Howard Bilton’s dedication. Wonderful with grilled fish or chicken dishes, really.
