Description

On the nose, the wine explodes, blending multiple floral and sweet aromas: rose, acacia, jasmine, ripe and crystallised fruit, passionfruit, mango, lychee, spices, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg, along with honey, plum, and a hint of over‑ripening. The bouquet is harmonious, refined and elegant. On the palate it is velvety, perfectly mature, soft and silky, with a very long finish. This wine pairs beautifully with cakes, tarts, apples, pears, apricots, foie gras, terrine or sautéed dishes, and, above all, enjoyed neat. (illustrative image only)
