Infinitude Osório de Vasconcelos Family Project, Jardim Gonçalves, located on the northern slope of the Sintra Mountains, 5 km from the Atlantic Ocean and 25 km from Lisbon. **Vines and Terroir** Under the influence of a unique microclimate shaped by the Sintra Mountains and its close proximity to the Atlantic, vines of the native “Malvasia de Colares” grow on dune‑sand soils, free of phylloxera, ungrafted, and at a short distance from the steep cliffs of Colares. This terroir – the westernmost in continental Europe – imparts distinctive characteristics to the wine. **Climate and Management** The climate is strongly Atlantic, with moderately warm summers, frequent fog formation, and high relative humidity thanks to the presence of the Sintra Mountains. Vineyards are cultivated in a free‑growing system, with low‑lying vine rows, and managed extensively with minimal intervention. **Vinification and Maturation** Harvest takes place at the end of September. After de‑stemming, the grapes are pressed with a brief six‑hour leaf maceration. The must is cooled to 6 °C and statically decanted overnight. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel for 16 days at a controlled temperature of 15‑16 °C. The wine then spends 12 months in a tank with bâtonnage, followed by seven months in second‑use French oak barrels. Bottled in December 2023. **Winemaker** Francisco Figueiredo. **Cellaring Potential** Up to 15 years. **Food Pairings** Ideal with elaborate, seasoned fish dishes.
