Between the mountainous region between Burgundy and Switzerland, vineyards are planted on slopes at varying altitudes and gradients, making it ideal for cultivating 40 different grape varieties that reveal unique and surprising styles. Taking this into account, Jean‑François Ganevat, who took over the family estate in 1998, was inspired to create his wines. With the support of his sister Anne, today Domaine Ganevat covers about 8 hectares, producing wines certified as biodynamic with unprecedented quality and originality.
