Nestled in the mountainous area between Burgundy and Switzerland, the vineyards are planted on slopes at varying altitudes and gradients, making it ideal for cultivating 40 different grape varieties that express themselves in unique and surprising styles. Considering this, Jean‑François Ganevat, who took over the family estate in 1998, was inspired to craft his wines.
