Nestled in the mountainous region between Burgundy and Switzerland, the vineyards are planted on slopes at varying altitudes and gradients, making it ideal for cultivating 40 different grape varieties that express themselves in unique and surprising styles. With this in mind, Jean‑François Ganevat, who took control of the family estate in 1998, was inspired to create his wines.
