Jean‑François Ganevat is one‑of‑a‑kind; there is no other like him in the world. His wines are true treasures that result from the meticulous care of this “vigneron” throughout the entire vineyard, in every step the grape takes until it turns into liquid gold. He is far more than a biodynamic winemaker—he is a perfectionist who goes to the extreme that each of his small cuvées has its own unique “elevage,” a practice that would drive anyone mad. It is in the Jura, even though he has worked with Jean‑Marc Morey in Burgundy, that Jean‑François makes his wines. Nestled between Burgundy and Switzerland, the vineyards that give rise to all of this producer’s cuvées are an immortal reflection of each of his terroirs.
