Jean‑François Ganevat is unique – there is no other like him in the world. His wines are treasures born from the extreme care of this “vigneron” in every step, from the vine through to the moment the grape turns into liquid gold. He is far more than a biodynamic producer; he is a perfectionist who takes the idea so far that each of his small cuvées has its own unique “elevage”, a detail that would drive most people mad. Though he worked with Jean‑Marc Morey in Burgundy, Jean‑François makes his wines in Jura, a niche between Burgundy and Switzerland where his vineyards give rise to every cuvée – an immortal mirror of each of his terroirs.
