Jean‑François Ganevat is one‑of‑a‑kind; no other exists anywhere in the world. His wines are precious gems born from the extreme care this “vigneron” gives his entire vineyard, every step from grape to liquid gold. More than a biodynamic, he’s a perfectionist who gives each of his small cuvées a unique, personal “elevage” that would drive anyone mad. Though he worked with Jean‑Marc Morey in Burgundy, it is in Jura where Jean‑François makes his wines, in an enclave between Burgundy and Switzerland that shelters the vineyards feeding all of his cuvées—each an immortal mirror of his terroirs.
