Between the mountainous region that lies between Burgundy and Switzerland, the vines are planted on slopes at various altitudes and gradients, making it ideal for cultivating 40 different varieties that unfold in unique and surprising styles. With this in mind, Jean‑François Ganevat, who took control of the family estate in 1998, was inspired to craft his wines. With the support of his sister Anne, Domaine Ganevat now spans about 8 hectares, producing wines certified as biodynamic and boasting unprecedented quality and originality. (illustrative image only)
