Across the mountainous region between Burgundy and Switzerland, the vines are planted on slopes at varying altitudes and gradients, making it ideal for growing 40 different varieties that reveal themselves in unique and surprising styles. With this factor in mind, Jean‑François Ganevat, who took over the family estate in 1998, was inspired to create his wines.
