Produced by one of the families with the longest history in the region, this white wine springs from old vineyards planted on the emblematic chalky and marl soils of Chablis. Following a meticulous vinification that includes 8 to 10 months of aging in stainless‑steel tanks on its lees, the wine displays subtle elegance and unbeatable freshness. The nose is dominated by citrus notes of lemon and lime over a mineral base of damp stone, while on the palate it surprises with a velvety texture balanced by bright acidity. A harmonious, persistent and sophisticated Chablis, ideal for pairing with shellfish, white fish and high‑end appetizers.
