This is a reliably charming sherry – it doesn’t disappoint, whether enjoyed today or four years down the line. The colour is a lovely straw, and the unmistakable toasted almond aroma speaks of its time ageing in oak barrels. Remarkably dry and surprisingly light for a fino, it’s perfect with a little aged cheese and, of course, a pastel de nata. A truly regal little treat.
