Crafted entirely from Palomino – as befits a true Manzanilla from Sanlúcar – it presents a delicate “veil” of floral notes, the result of meticulously controlled oxidative ageing within the solera system. Limited to just 2500 bottles, this is a truly rare find. We’d recommend pairing it with a sharp, aged cheese or some delectable nuts to fully appreciate its complex, expertly-developed character.
