This Negramole from the Algarve is a seriously meticulous affair – hand-harvested as the creator insists. It arrives in a bright ruby hue, clearly having spent time ageing in French oak. The prolonged fermentation, with that clever *cuivaison* technique, gives it a wonderfully firm tannic structure, almost defying its young age. You’ll pick up red berry notes alongside a hint of spice, a real reflection of the region’s character. Absolutely brilliant with a seafood rice dish, or perhaps a perfectly grilled steak.
