This João Clara Tardia is as if the vine itself gave it a hug – a foot-treading process that clearly hasn’t forgotten the juicy berries. A three-day maceration, a rather indulgent technique, then spent twelve months in stainless steel, mellowing the tannins beautifully and promising a lovely pairing with grilled fish and a squeeze of lemon.
