João Tavares De Pina Encruzado - Dão Natural

Description

This Encruzado from the Dão, crafted by the esteemed João Tavares de Pina, is a delightful reminder that this often understated grape variety can truly surprise. The wine’s aromatic expression – featuring notes of white stone fruit and a hint of wild herbs – speaks volumes about the complexity of the Dão terroir. A remarkably elegant and refreshing wine, echoing the awards it’s already garnered, it pairs beautifully with grilled fish or a roasted chicken infused with fragrant herbs.
