This José Pariente Verdejo seems to have been crafted with a near-religious devotion to oak ageing. The fermentation, we’re led to believe, took place in a wonderfully concentrated environment, imbuing the wine with oaky nuances that truly set it apart. A truly singular experience, best enjoyed alongside some fresh seafood for a particularly striking combination.
