Loureiro sourced from a 20‑year‑old vine in Bertiandos, on the right bank of the Lima River. The wine undergoes a pellicular maceration of around four hours to extract more varietal characteristics, followed by fermentation in stainless steel to preserve and enhance the grape’s aromatic purity. It is then aged in a stainless steel tank for roughly seven months.
