This Justinos 5 Year Old is a little journey to Madeira, I’ll admit. The colour, almost melancholic, already hints at the island’s spirit. Classic notes of sandalwood and Serasă mingle with candied orange peel, while molasses and caramel provide a sweetness that clings to the palate. A rich and persistent wine – perfect with some aged Manchego or perhaps a dark chocolate pudding.
