A selection of the finest grapes from the Can Rius plot, owned by Juvé & Camps in Gelida, Barcelona province, forms the base of its Milesimé Chardonnay, a cava aged up to 48 months in a resting phase. This enriching "dream" has given it great complexity and a range of nuances, to the point that, as the house’s viticulture director Pep Jiménez points out, it is a “voluptuous and mature wine,” also stemming from a generous harvest favorable to the French-origin white variety.
