Born with the precision of a master watchmaker, this Kopke São Luiz Winemaker’s Collection Grande Reserva is a truly special wine. The hand-picked Rabigato grapes, harvested in September, were treated with the utmost care, transported in 20kg wooden boxes – clearly valuing them as precious gems. The full-cluster pressing technique allowed the Rabigato’s signature brightness to shine through. Four years ageing in 300L barriques undoubtedly contributed to the wine’s complexity and vibrant acidity, making it a fantastic match for grilled fish with lemon and garlic.
