Founded in 1865 by two young Norwegians, Theodor Wiese and Dankert Krohn, Wiese & Krohn began by exporting Port wine to Scandinavian markets and Germany. Today, the company—now simply Krohn—is run by the third generation of the Edmundo Falcão Carneiro family, who have overseen its wine exports since 1910.
