The Antinori family has been dedicated to wine production for more than six hundred years. Since 1385, Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of the Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri. Over its long history, spanning 26 generations, the family has always managed this activity directly, making innovative and sometimes courageous choices, but always maintaining an unaltered respect for tradition and territory. La Braccesca extends over 508 hectares, where the old Bracci estate reigns, hence the name of the estate and its coat of arms: a shielded arm holding a sword.
