The National Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always preserves the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that normally reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we inform that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed, its aromas are subject to different evolutions over time. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
