Initial aromas of cherry tart, rhubarb, and beetroot give way to flavours of red plum, a touch of earthy soil, and boysenberry. This 2016 vintage boasts a wonderfully rich texture and ample acidity – perfect with roasted meats, perhaps a slow-cooked lamb.
