La Danza del Viento Camino Real is the high‑end white wine of 4 Monos Viticultores, crafted exclusively from the Albillo real grape. It comes from vines up to about 95 years old grown in Cadalso de los Vidrios, in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, cultivated with biological and biodynamic practices. After fermentation with native yeasts and over a year of maturation in used barrels of various shapes, the result is a wine of great aromatic richness and elegant texture, with a mineral character that imparts verticality and complexity—a truly classy white.
