Maison Romane Hautes-Côtes de Nuits is an ode to the purest, most artisanal Burgundy. Oronce de Beler, the tormented soul behind this 2005-founded project, takes us on a journey to the roots of biodynamic viticulture from his cellar in Vosne‑Romanée. In the cellar, intervention is minimal; whole clusters are handled and pumps are avoided, letting gravity and lunar cycles guide the process. After 15 to 19 months of aging in French oak barrels from the Tronçay forest, the wine unfolds with sublime delicacy.
