It embodies the complexity of our soils – granite, deep and porous, with excellent drainage – the softness of the hills and the beauty of the valleys. Fresh, elegant, intense, beautiful. **Aging:** 20 months in French oak barrels, 15 % in BARROIR (charred barrels made from the estate’s own oaks). **Vinification:** 76 % Carmenère for seductive and spiced notes; 19 % Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and distinctive character; 5 % Cabernet Franc for complexity and elegance. **Pairing:** Ideal for refined culinary moments.
