La Poulosa is a southeast-facing vineyard with rich soil and a warm terroir. Its tannins are sweeter and more refined, making it one of Raúl Pérez’s favorite plots. The wine is the roundest of the house’s reds, with more mature notes and an easy, velvety mouthfeel.
