Lacrau DOP Douro. Soil geology: a xistose nature, franco-clay structure, good depth. Vines planted in Favaios at an altitude of 600 metres. Favaios is the “Grand Cru” for the Moscatel Galego grape. Vinification: manual harvest, manual selection of bunches, debudding followed by skin maceration, pressing, static clarification, fermentation in used oak barrels. Grower: Gonçalo Sousa Lopes. Winemaker: Hugo Linton.
