L'Altet de Torró is an original project that brings together three vintners from different generations: Manu San Miguel (1990s), Javi Revert (1980s), and Rafael Cambra (1970s). Each brings his own interpretation to the Monastrell from the eponymous plot in Fontanars dels Alforins, grown organically on a white marl soil. The result is a red wine of which only 1,300 bottles are produced. It is described as elegant at the tasting with a crisp bite, according to wine critic Luis Gutiérrez of The Wine Advocate, who gave it 95 Parker points for its founding vintage.
