This "Lancers Sangria" from José Maria Vieira is… an adventure, to say the least. It’s a sangria that surprisingly blends the richness of Touriga Nacional with the refreshing zest of Trincadeira – a combination that certainly demands a willingness to be pleasantly surprised. Casa do Vinho clearly aimed for a playful style, resulting in a vibrant wine with slightly deconstructed red fruit notes. Perfect alongside a hearty beef roast or roasted chicken, perhaps?
