This Landcraft Sauvignon Blanc, born from the clay-calcareous soils of Vinho Verde, is a bold declaration of the Atlantic’s influence and those characteristic Atlantic evenings. Harvested with a remarkably early urgency, it presents a powerfully expressive herbal character, true to the Sauvignonasse variety, without any softening. The minimalist winemaking – relying on native yeasts, a brief pre-fermentation maceration, and extended lees aging – simply amplifies the wine’s distinctive terroir. A wine to be savoured, perfect with grilled fresh fish or a vibrant green salad.
