Description

L'Archetipo Susumaniello is a rosé wine made exclusively from this native Apulian grape variety. It comes from a vineyard cultivated using synergetic farming methods, which go a step beyond biodynamic practices and are characterized by giving the wine a magnificent freshness and minerality. Following the principles of minimal intervention, the result is a natural wine, very expressive on the nose, with notes of plums, blackberries, and blueberries intertwined with hints of pepper, licorice, and a background of Mediterranean forest. On the palate it is flavorful, with mature, balanced tannins and vibrant acidity.
