This Cuvée from L’Aventure is a serious contender – a bold blend of Syrah, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fifteen months ageing in French oak have imparted a lovely vanilla and spice note, adding considerable complexity. Expect a structured wine with firm tannins, perfectly suited to pairing with a robust beef, perhaps a prime cut of beef or lamb, if you will.
